Update: This event has been changed from a Carnival to an End of Year Picnic for all at Forest Field Park, on Thursday, May 26 from 11am-2pm. More details will come closer to the event. (We will have Carnival Days during school hours on May 23 and 24- volunteers will be needed, more details to come!)

End of Year Celebration Picnic at Forest Field Park!

      Thursday, May 26, 2022 (11am-1pm)

 We will not have classes this day, so children must have an adult accompany them during this special event. This Picnic is to celebrate the end of a great school year!   

Please sign up to come to the park between 11-1.  Siblings, friends, and family are invited to attend! 
We have the Shelter reserved from 11-2, but feel free to bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blanket and lunch if you’d like!

As a special treat, Tikiz Shaved Ice and Ice Cream and Skull Dollz Face Painting will be at our picnic! 

Each student who is registered by May 18th will be given 1 ticket which will be good for one 8oz shaved ice, one 3-5oz novelty ice cream, OR one 12 oz hot beverage.  Additional products can be purchased at the posted price if you choose.  https://www.facebook.com/TikizOfCincyandButlerCounty         https://www.facebook.com/skulldollz

Please be mindful of our illness policy and take your trash with you when you leave if the cans are full.  We will have hand sanitizer on hand, but we encourage you to be prepared with your own sanitizer and cleaning products especially if you plan to eat inside the shelter.  Don’t forget sunscreen, any money needed for extra Tikiz purchases, and cash tips for the face painters who are fundraising for their non-profit mission!
